At So Brazil, Inc. we take great pride in providing our customers with quality products from Brazil. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the unworn and unlaundered merchandise within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will gladly either exchange the item or provide a refund in the form of 1) store credit, or 2) a refund to the credit card used in the original purchase. So Brazil is not liable for returns received after 14 calendar days. All shipping charges, including shipping incurred for authorized returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Gift wrapping fees will not be credited; orders with free shipping are subject to a minimum fee of $7.65 depending on the size of the order (please refer to our shipping costs for fees that will be deducted).
PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY HAS CHANGED: WE WILL NOW ACCEPT RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS. HOWEVER, THE PURCHASE OF ANY ITEM MARKED "CLEARANCE" IS FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, CREDITED, OR EXCHANGED.
IF MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE AND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU IN ADVANCE OF RETURN OF THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY AFTER THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE IS RECEIVED BY SO BRAZIL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are not responsible for defects or damage to merchandise caused by the customer. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer deems the item to be defective. All items are inspected prior to shipping. If we inadvertently send an incorrect item or a mislabeled item we will not only cover the cost of the return but will also cover the cost of shipping the correct item back to you. Please note that we must first receive the returned item(s) prior to sending the correct product back to you. Take care that all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
In accordance with health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, provide credit, or make exchanges for swim wear and intimate garments containing a crotch that have been worn. Please select and choose your size carefully when ordering these items. We encourage you to refer to the sizing charts for the item you are purchasing or contact us with any questions you might have before ordering. Do not remove tags, stickers, and labels. The item must be returned to us in the precise condition it was sent with labels/tags intact and in the original packaging. Please note items not returned to us in this condition are not refundable.
Items received after 14 calendar days but less than 30 calendar days may be returned for store credit only and a $10 or a 20% restocking charge (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. There will be absolutely no refunds, credits, or exchanges made for items returned after 30 calendar days.
Free shipping applies to orders over $100, and does not apply to replacement items. You will be charged normal Fedex ground charges for shipping on the exchanged order.
How to Return Merchandise:
1. Send an email to sales@SoBrazilClothing.com stating that you would like to make a return or exchange. Include the reason for your return/exchange and any action you would like us to take such as exchange for an different size/color, exchange for a different item, etc. For each item you are returning, indicate the reason(s) for return/exchange.
2. Return merchandise in the original package with a copy of the receipt. If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. Wrap packages securely and tape closed. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
3. For your protection and to ensure that your package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, we suggest you use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Certified mail or another method) where you can receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or that have been damaged by the customer.
Please note that any existing store credits will automatically be applied to your next order unless we are specifically notified otherwise.
As soon as we receive the goods we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. You will be contacted if there are questions about your return. Allow 1-2 weeks from when we receive your return to process your return. We will notify you via email that we received the return and to inform you of the steps we are taking regarding your return. We will notify you when the replacement is shipped.
Please note it may take up to two billing cycles to see credit on your credit card. The difference between the costs of exchanged items will be automatically credited or charged to your credit card accordingly. At our discretion, we may make refunds via check made payable to the credit card holder.
